September: The "Back to School" Season
There is no escaping the fact that September brings a sense of getting back to learning. Most of us went to school until at least the age of 16, if not more. That is at least 16 years of programming that tells us that after a nice long summer break, now is the time to knuckle down and get back to studying something new.
In fact, its everywhere you turn! Comments on Facebook from Mums with kids at new schools; part relieved to be sending them off to school after a looong summer, part nervous about their little ones going up to “big school” or even starting school for the first time. It’s in shop windows everywhere; giant pencil cases and school uniforms blazoned across windows. And, of course, it’s on the telly too. It’s no wonder that we are conditioned to be thinking about education at this time of year.
If you’re not a student or a proud/nervous Mum, you can still apply the urge for education to this part of the year. Perhaps it’s time to embark on that English language course you’ve always wanted to do. If you’ve been meaning to take an English course but haven’t known where to begin, have a look at our site today and you may find the course you’ve been looking for. We offer English courses abroad with host family or residence accommodation. You could also just take the course and organise your own accommodation.
Browse our destinations today and you could be going “back to school” too.
