Bournemouth School - Intensive Course

An Intensive Course follows the same principal as a General Course but gives you more hours of study per week. Ideal for learners who already have a working knowledge of English but perhaps may be limited on the amount of time they have for a course.

Courses run from Monday to Friday and can be booked from 1 or 2 weeks up to as many weeks as you like. Your English language level will be tested by the school on your first day (or online in advance) in order to place you in the correct group.

Maximum class size: 14 students

Lesson Length: 45 minutes

Materials included: no

Schedule: 28 lessons per week

Timetable: 09:00 - 15:00 Monday to Friday

Course duration: 1 to 48 weeks

Start dates: Every Monday

Public holidays:

2012: 2 Jan, 6 & 9 Apr, 7 May, 4 & 5 Jun, 27 Aug, 24 Dec - 2 Jan 2013.

Where a public holiday falls on a Monday, courses will start on the Tuesday instead.
Lessons missed on public holidays cannot be made up.

Accommodation options and pricing:

Host Family / Student Home
1. Single Room, Half Board (breakfast & dinner daily)

Accommodation will either be with a standard host family where you will share meals with your host and will not be living with more than 4 students, or in a private student home where there could be more than 4 other students living there and less contact with your host. The private student home accommodation is not suitable for under 18s.
