Canterbury School



This lovely school is in the middle of the historic city of Canterbury. Located just two minutes' walk from the magnificent cathedral and the city centre with its modern shops, and from the interesting medieval streets filled with historic buildings. In the evening students can go to the theatre or cinema or relax in one of the many restaurants and pubs.
The small family-run school has 8 classrooms with use of video and audio equipment. There is also an internet room with 9 machines free for students to use, plus a computer room where students can work on language programmes individually and at their own speed in the afternoons.
Social Programme:
The school provides 2 evening social activities per week (Tuesday & Thursday) to help you practise your English and experience local culture and entertainment. There are also weekend excursions that you can sign up for while at the school. Evening activites include: conversation club, cinema nights, theatre visits, quizzes, karaoke, seasonal parties such as Halloween, Bonfire Night and Christmas.
Some activities are included in the price while others will have a charge to cover entrance fees and transport.
