The Torquay English school is housed in a beautiful converted building on Ash Hill Road, only 3 minutes walk from the town centre with its shops and restaurants. The school has an array of facilities including a large cafeteria serving hot and cold food daily. There is also a large TV screen so the room serves as a place to relax or watch a film. The computer room, library and listening centre are all available for those self-study sessions, finishing your homework or emailing friends. And to top it all off, this school even has an outdoor heated swimming pool set in beautiful gardens!

Social Programme:

A weekly programme is offered throughout the year with a minimum of two evening activities per week and one excursion every weekend. During July and August, there are optional afternoon and evening activities organised. Every week the social activities manager also organises an optional programme of half-day and full-day excursions, afternoon sports and evening activities.

Whatever time of year you choose to come, the student services staff are on hand to offer practical advice and suggestions about what to do in your free time. Some activities are included in the price while others will have a small charge to cover the cost of entrance fees and transport.
