It’s always encouraging to receive feedback from clients that you have helped. People tend to write a varying amount when I send them questionnaires. I always send a feedback questionnaire to my clients on the last day of their course. Sometimes I get a couple of one line answers to the questions on the feedback form and sometimes I get more.
